I’m so confused..

okay so let me get this straight…bri is supposed to travel to texas once a month for 7 days to spend time with baby w. But if she can’t fly now and will be with a new born in the next couple months, is she supposed to leave her newborn for 1 week out of the month every month? I’m honestly just so confused on this whole order.
