Simple practice issues

Is anyone else having serious issues with the claims portion of simple practice? I have over 50 claims that did not go through due to them changing my tax info from EIN to SSN. The first time I brought it to their attention they acknowledged it was something on their end. I have resubmitted those claims twice and now another set and there are still issues with it.
