Can anyone summarize the Daily Memphian article on the Neural Nexus District

I am assuming its just more BS I googled the new company (if you can call it that) and its a copy paste of the old "company" website. Still fail to see what this "company" does, has done, and if they even have more money than the jar of coins in my closet.
