6 month t-break about to end

Anyone have experience coming back after such a break? I’m excited but honestly a bit nervous. My dreams have been insanely vivid and it feels good to be able to live life, eat, have fun, and sleep without being baked. All in all I’d call it a very helpful t-break. What best suggestions do you all have for my return?
