If you think Mbappe is the sole reason we’re bad you’re just blind.

I’m tired of seeing so many posts about how Mbappe is the sole reason we’re not playing well and have no trophies. Bro is literally scoring, that’s his job and he’s doing it well enough. Could his positioning & movement be better? Most definitely, he’s not a natural 9. But to keep pushing this narrative that Real Madrid would be better off without him and that he’s cursed is ridiculous.

Let’s not pretend our issues aren’t all over the pitch. We shouldn’t have sacked Alonso. We should’ve kept Rodrygo on the right (at the very least he and Mbappe were linking well). Our backline is in shambles. Vini is not at his highest level at all. Jude injured and inconsistent. It’s all over guys and it’s actually been going on since 23/24 season. We shouldn’t have won the CL that season at all. I remember the final at Wembley I was there and we did not play well, Dortmund had us beat all over the pitch but couldn’t finish, until we finally got a goal.
