Booking Glitch: Date change error + Return flight missing from "Manage Booking

Hi everyone,I’m having a weird and stressful issue with my booking and I’m wondering if anyone has experienced something similar.I recently requested a date change for the return leg of my trip (BKK to MAD). I asked for July 20th, but I just received an E-ticket receipt that shows the date as July 16th instead. To make things worse, when I log into the Etihad website or app to "Manage Booking," the return flight has completely disappeared. Only my outbound flight is showing up now.
