Best place to meet/find editors?

Question: where’s the best place to meet editors? My first two videos on a new channel in the past couple weeks have blown up past 60K each and 1K subs, and so I’m looking to quickly scale my team so I can ride the momentum and produce more content ASAP. Ideally I’m looking for people to have a long term partnership with and work with opposed to just paying for Fiverr jobs as it’s important to me to have meaningful relationships with the team working on my content. I have absolutely no clue where to start looking/how to find people though.

Any tips/advice would be greatly appreciated!
