Driver driving off with my stuff in the trunk

I just had an incident where I got out of my ride and shut the door and then the driver just drove off with my stuff in the trunk and saw the driver drive off. After I realized this I started running towards the driver’s vehicle and fortunately they were stopped at a stoplight at the next intersection so I was able to catch them. I had to run into the street up to their vehicle and tell them that my stuff was left in the trunk and then I grabbed my stuff out of trunk and went on my way. I gave them one star because of this and no tip.
