concern about gokul milk

Has anyone in Navi Mumbai faced issues with Gokul regular milk ordered from BigBasket?

I received spoiled/fermented milk three times in two days — once yesterday and twice today. I’ve already requested refunds, but this seems like more than a one-off issue.

What makes me think BigBasket may be at fault is that the same Gokul milk is fine when bought from local shops. So the problem could be with storage, refrigeration, or handling at their dark store or during delivery.
