deal between taleria and sarkos

the commune of sarkos and taleria have came to the deal that is equally beneficial.

they ship in workers to help the government work on drugs for testing on people and dragons. this varies from simple pain numbers to ones that cause mass hysteria. they remain secretive

while sarkos independence is fully guaranteed aswell as providing them military when the need is good

in the mean time we have been building more and more factories while our deal with the maximists is still pending..

while in the mean time we are just testing more civilian tech to try and increase their living standards
