Help fund Neo’s transition

Neo and I have been really close friends tor years, and (I know it's not insanely significant but) | was the first to be made aware of his need to transition.
That kind of secrecy for the first few years really helped build our relationship since his parent were (and still are) heavily opposed to the reality of who he is. I can't think of anything better I can do to support him further besides sharing his story. I'm not sure if this is the right subreddit to go asking around for financial support (If not, any advice on where to go in order to further promote his transition would be greatly appreciated).
