How do I find the nightmare dungeon for warplans?

Just got to the end game and doing warplans. When I select nightmare dungeon it says enter the dungeon or activate your own. But I don’t see an active nightmare dungeon. Is there a set dungeon or how do I find the dungeon for the war plan?
