Starlink alert to the dealership

I have a 2022 Onyx XT with just under 38,000 miles. I received a text from my dealership’s service department that they received an alert from my Outback’s Starlink and they want to schedule an appointment. I have texted the service representative and they won’t tell me. They keep insisting a service appointment. My car is not scheduled for a regular oil change until 3-4 weeks from today and there are no warning lights nor problems whenever I drive my car. Does anyone know what this is about?
