First injection prep & encouragement needed

I've gotten my first shipment (shout out to Trillium). But I've been putting off getting started. How should I best prep for this first (and subsequent) shot days? Lots of water? How do you get enough protein? Eating clean? HELP!! I want to start my journey, but I need a little push ♥️
