Listening to my bf have conversations makes me frustrated/envious/angry

I’m sitting in a connected room while he chats away with a friend. He’s talking about a game he likes and he’s happy and talkative.
WHY CANT HE TALK LIKE THAT TO ME?
But listening to the conversation, it’s not one I’d want to have. They kind of repeat what the other says and none of it’s interesting or entertaining.
SO WHY DO I FEEL ANGRY I CANT HAVE THAT?!
It’s frustrating and I’m lonely and I guess it’d be nice to volley in a conversation like that and I guess sometimes I do.. but I don’t think I enjoy it like others do and I don’t think I know how to connect with people properly
