can you recommend dental clinics ?

can you recommend aff*rdable dental clinics ? i’m so sick of clinics charging 250 for implants and 150 for root canals i can’t with these prices they’re so expens**ve and i don’t have insurance
please i need good dentists as well
if i can pay in installments i don’t mind if the clinic is expens**ve pleaseee help
