Grain inoculation

So i got my grain bag off of north spore and my syringe off of ITW its been a week since inoculation and I see no growth did I get a bad syringe or just not being patient enough? I did the inoculation in a still air box that I sterilized with alcohol and the bag before injection. And the bag is in my cannabis grow room in the closet at the top temp fluctuates from 70-80 degrees.
