Cracked Vanity Top

I recently purchased a Glacier Bay vanity. When I arrived home, I discovered the vanity top was cracked. I contacted Glacier Bay customer service. They referred me to the store. Who instructed me to return the entire unit. Is there any alternative? I don’t drive and must pay for transit.
