Best iPhone LiDAR app for forest mensuration

Hi everyone,

I’m looking for information on LiDAR smartphone apps for forest mensuration.

If you have experience, could you share:

• Which app(s) you used and your overall experience

Context: I’m part of a study using an iPhone 17 Pro in a 15-year-old Araucaria plantation (~40 trees). We will compare diameter measurements at 0.1, 1.3, and 3.1 m using LiDAR and traditional methods, evaluating accuracy, precision, and efficiency.

Any tips or shared experiences would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!
