Sade Sati started recently

Im college student , nothing in my life is going correct ,every thing i choose backfires me and regretful

Like whatever decision i make the opposite happens since last 2 years . Everything like life ,studies, health etc

Was talking to my mom tonight and asked if I got sade sati then she told me yeah I got it and when I asked how many years have passed she told it just started recently.

I dont know to believe or not and alsoany Puja Upasana i should be doing for that keeping in mind that im a student

Like every damn thing is going wrong in my life
