7 days - 2nd week of September - route recommendations

Hi everyone, looking for recs. Want to do the camino in 1st/2nd week of September. It will be my first one. I will have 7 days available to hike and I will fly to Madrid.

Can you help me with route recommendations? I know the Sarria–Santiago route is the most popular option, but from what I’ve read, I’m a bit worried it might feel too crowded and that I could miss out on the more authentic Camino experience. I’d really appreciate any suggestions for alternative routes!
