Daily Animation for the month of April. I posted a handful, but here is a collection of all of them. It amounts to just about 5 minutes and 52 seconds (Plus or minus based on one animation being looped)

What I learned, I was able to keep reinforcing the things that I already know about animation and applying them to stop motion, is a challenge.

Burnout doing this exercise was real, it is not sustainable without it being a full time job (Previously I was an animator for 17 years and I have 4 years of stop motion animation experience) it was intense to try to finish and add sound to 30 animations.

I learned a ton about how ambitious I could be just attempting free form animation with vague ideas and plans that turned into what it turned into. There's nothing better than having a thought and seeing it come through, but a close second is going into an idea with a plan and abandoning it for something that was way better in the moment, as the animation tells you what it wants. Stop motion is unique in this because it is exclusively straight forward animating.

I need a bigger screen than my phone that I can SEE at all times. There are shakes and jitters that I cant fix because on the phone they're too small, and the ones that I can see it is hard to fix before it's become a problem.

Rigs used.
Stickybones (Not sponsored but they did put some animations in their ads!)

Core gundam Gunpla

Arcee - Transformers model kit

I can't remember the names of the others. DEMI TRAINER I remembered one more.

The "Liquid" is museum paste (Museum wax?) it will melt into your models

The sounds are taken from garbage on my desk, or from gundam television shows or movies

Stop motion animation jobs are nowhere to be found, but my kingdom to animate for a stop motion project... it would be amazing.

If you watched that stuff or read this far thank you. And happy animating.
