Nursery Schedule Advice

Sad to be going back to work and putting my 11mo in nursery! Between me, my husband and my mum, Bubbs only needs to do 1 day a week (9am-5pm) in nursery.

However, the nursery got back to me today and suggested two mornings a week would make for an easier adjustment. Two mornings isn’t a long term option around our schedules, so the arrangement would either need to be (a) one 9-5 day and one half day 7:30-1 per week or (b) just one 9-5 day a week.

My concern is what’s best for baby, so would love some advice! Would 2 days be better than 1? If so, would consecutive days be best? If we were to aim for 1 day a week, in the short term we could do two mornings and transition to one 9-5 day, in anyone’s experience how long might this take? TYSM!
