Is Hanzo harder to play than Widow?

What I define as harder to play in this situation is nothing deep like the value of each elim, rather than just consistently getting the elims themselves. Not positioning, working with the team, etc. Just shooting and killing. I've seen a lot of people claiming Hanzo is harder but I just don't agree. I'm plat/diamond in ranked if this matters. I don't think leading shots with hanzo is hard because any amount of skill or aim he may require doesn't matter due to the massive hitbox of his arrows. I just played him for the first time in maybe a year and basically dominated. One person in the game had half my elims. I can't see myself doing consistently as well on hanzo as I could widow, as a widow main. Half my kills I'm spamming or it's just an accidental headshot on someone. The other half are just shots that were nothing hard to hit and I didn't gain much satisfaction from them.
