This administration is clearing their backlog nefariously

Really starting to seem like this administration is clearing out their backlog by denying any claim/HLR they can and kicking those claims to the BVA because at the beginning of this year, appeals took and average of 1-1.5 years for non legacy claims, now appeals are predicted to take 1.5-2 years. This along with the change making it nearly impossible to claim secondary conditions they just put out means we should be fighting back against this administration
