I feel stuck in French and Spanish

I’ve practiced reading comprehensions and listenings in both and I nearly get full marks

My oral went very well for both (full marks on Spanish roleplay!!!)

But I get so stressed about the written pieces. Spanish is ok, there’s a dialogue and more options overall. Also the opinion piece is based on the previous reading comprehension

But french is so annoying, while for 40 marks I plan to do an easy diary entry or an email, the opinion piece is so annoying there’s only 3 options

Something about old people came up last year, wtf am I supposed to say??

My grammar is decent, I defo lack vocabulary on some topics but how do I prepare more?!
