How to get a car from test track to the garage on ps5?

Just started the game and lack of tutorial if insane, saw previous posts about it but when i open the pie wheel in my garage there's nothing about moving the car, i cannot exit the car in the race track and after finishing the route i get results teleport to my garage, it seems it's stuck in the test track tried sending another car there but it's "already in use".
