Pushing derma roller to it's limits

F24, i've been having some issues im trying to fix, mainly to do with hair and smile lines. My hair has always been very thin and fine, even when i don't tie it back or stress too much, it might have something to do with exremely low vitamin D levels which i sadly suffer from, im also very skinny (44kg at 165cm) so im probably not getting enough iron/proteins, but the worst part is that my hair is kinda recessed, like it begins a little behing my forehead instead of at the top of it, which makes it hell to cover it up with hairstyles, i've had it this way since forever. My other problem are smile lines, i had these since forever too apparently and they show a lot even tho im 24 slim enough to have 6pack.

So here comes an idea, can i use derma roller on both my face and scalp + apply minoxidil to my scalp to try and fix both of these issues? im thinking that the roller would help my skin create more collagen which would at least slightly hide the smile lines, AND combined with minoxidil i could kinda push my hair to be thicker and... maybe get my hairline a little lower? idk if that makes sense since it's really hard to tell how much of these problems are genetic and how much just a bad lifestyle due to malnutrishion etc so i would like to ask you people about opinion on this.

INB4 I know i can just get hair transplant and acid injection and call it a day, i just don't wanna waste an annual salary on this stuff yet.
