Pricing suggestion?

Looking for advice on pricing a day trip.

A client is interested in a same-day trip that involves about a 2-hr flight (so roughly 4 hr total flight time). We’ll be flying together as well. I’ll be committing 12+ hrs on this, likely spending 2-3 hours indoors.

I’m struggling with how to structure the pricing. I’m leaning towards a package rate that covers everything, but not sure how to factor in flight time and total time commitment.

Any suggestions or ideas is appreciated! Thank you~

For reference, I’m midrange ~ around 500. My dinner date rate is $1.8k for 4 hrs.
