Are our government in California able to see the offer history of Doordash, Ubereats, and Grubhub? The offers that the drivers declined because they can't carry heavy home depot orders or mulchs 30x ect and are punished because the dashers declined them.
Also Doordash as well as Ubereats does not send offers to dashers if they are not at a Hotspot. Shouldn't we get paid for driving to a Hotspot and waiting for offers there? Prop22.
