Motion tracking in a NLE

Trying to match a screen shot PNG to a slider shot of an empty screen has proven tiresome. First we tried Corner Pin in Premiere but with no tracking option it was keyframe city. Next was Mocha plugin in After Effects but after numerous attempts it was no better than Corner pin. Time to dust off Davinci resolve.
