Why do some people we have an instant connection with and others we don’t have any?

I mean instant connection. Like i meet some people and it’s as if i have known them my whole life without even speaking to them for 5 minutes.

But then other people i can know for years and never feel connection with them. This has to be something to do with the spirit. This even happens when no words are spoken i can just look at some people and feel the spark.
