Buy now, or wait for the upgrade?

I really want to get the Kobo Clara Colour to replace my older Kindle Paperwhite (I've been entangled in the Amazon ecosystem for far too long!). However, I've seen multiple sources claim there will likely be an upgrade to the Clara Colour VERY soon, but haven't seen even a hint of an official word of it yet. Would it be worthwhile to wait for this potentiality of an upgrade, or buy now?
