Want phallo and possibly scroto without vaginectomy, will I have to worry about scarring with PIV sex?

Basically the title. I already struggle with having tight pelvic floor muscles which impact me during PIV sex. If I get phallo and scroto without a vaginectomy would I have to worry about the scarring making things worse during PIV sex in terms of pain and tightness? If so, what can be done to correct/minimize that?
