Sudden HR decrease HRV increase
Hi folks
M40
100kg - 85kg from Oct 2025-Now
TW 75kg
Wondering has anyone been watching HR and HRV on reta. My RHR prior to reta was 55-60 bpm and HRV usually around 40. Whilst on Reta (4mg now for past 4ish months) it has been 70-75bpm and 20 HRV.
All of a sudden this week - both have normalised. I have also had some stomach irritation since Monday when I pinned my 2nd dose of a new batch of Reta (20mg purple cap). I also over ate some junk food Sunday PM so could be my own fault. Energy levels are gone back to pre-reta levels also and feeling lethargic.
Do we think
The reta could be NOT reta and perhaps Seg/tirz mislabeled (normal HR and HRV perhaps due to no glucagon effect)
I've simply been sick and my HR and HRV are back to normal because of that
There are issues with the peptides sterility or endotoxin maybe? I've relied on forums and vendor COA and bot tested myself until now.
Would getting any bloods done via Doctor or anything help me figure this out?
Any advice/observations/questions welcome to help me get to bottom of this.
Thanks
JB
