Does the Financial Aid Office know how much you’ll get back as a refund ?

I noticed on my Financial Aid page that the amount of loans and grants is a bit smaller than what I’ve gotten in the Spring and Fall, I did find out that the Summer amount is slightly smaller then the previous semesters.

So I was wondering if anyone knew if the Financial Aid office had the exact amount dollar amount we are getting back or what class is costing us. I’m doing a Global Career Accelerator course and it’s about $1300, and I’m worried that this might take away from my refund. I’m taking a-lot more classes this Summer and if the Global Accelerator cost that much I’m worried the amount I’ll get may be less.
