Move me to top mod if current top mod is inactive, but active AutoMod and bot accounts are between

I am in a sub where the top mod is inactive and I want to reorder to move me to the top Moderator. However u/AutoModerator and /u/bot-bouncer are ahead of me and they are not inactive. Anything to do but message top mod and hope they are still around to do (they hide activity so not sure if active reddit user)?
