My health assessment form says Visa is 100 but I am applying for 309?

Hi all,

I just filled in the Visa application for a 309 Visa.

I then got the health assessment form but it lists my visa as "BC 100 Spouse (Permanent)"

I dont remember picking visa type so is this normal? I expected it to say 209.

I am from the UK and currently live there.
