Isabel Wide Leg Sizing

Help, figs sizing is so inconsistent. I currently have XS in joggers, and Livingston and they fit me how I like (more fitting). I’m 5’5 and weigh 130 lbs, waist is 27 in. I get tall i livingston pants because I don’t like how scrubs ride up when you sit down. Should I get an xxs in the Isabel? Should I get tall in those as well?
