Modern lightning hawk build?

Resident evil has probably inspired a lot of ud to get a desert eagle to own a "lightning hawk" of our own.

But it's been 30 years since the Raccoon city much has changed with gun culture since than.

If you were building what a custom lightning hawk would look like in 2026 what parts would you go with?

This id a serious question by the way not a hypothetical, I'm going to look at the suggested parts and use them for a build.
