Kobrea Exploration (CSE: KBX) Confirms Copper-Gold-Moly Porphyry System at El Perdido – Supergene Chalcocite Enrichment Discovered in First-Ever Drill Holes

Posted on behalf of Kobrea Exploration Corp. - (CSE: KBX | OTCQB: KBXFF | FSE: F3I) has reported encouraging early-stage results from its diamond drill program at the El Perdido copper–gold–molybdenum porphyry system in Mendoza Province, Argentina.

Initial drilling confirms:

• A copper-bearing porphyry system

• Strong pyrite–chalcopyrite–molybdenite stockwork veining

• Supergene chalcocite enrichment beneath a leached cap which validates the company’s geological model

Four holes have been completed to depths of up to 662 metres, with one hole encountering fault-related instability. All core has been submitted for assay, with results pending.

A fifth hole is now underway, and a third drill pad is being constructed to test the southwestern extent of the system.

El Perdido is the first regional target tested within Kobrea’s expansive 733 km² land package, and early drilling has confirmed the presence of a mineralized porphyry system with enrichment characteristics often associated with major Andean copper deposits.

With assays pending and drilling accelerating ahead of winter, the company is advancing toward systematic delineation of scale and grade.
