Help a beginner out! First time crossplaying Kasane Teto (16yo). I need all the tips you can give me to look feminine!

Hi everyone! I’m 16 years old and I’ve decided that my first major cosplay will be Kasane Teto. I really want to nail her look and look as feminine as possible, but since I’m new to this, I really need your help and guidance!

​I’m lucky enough to have a slim build with narrow shoulders and naturally wide hips, which I think is a good start, and I have very fair skin. However, I’m still lost on the technical side of things.
