2nd and 6th are dry, 1st is moist and rest are just after bath

i have having a lot of hairfall from few months (3-4), and i don't know if it's genetic one or telogen

had been in stress from 2-3 months and diet is also off, but thing is I have been having this hairfall issue on and off from 10 months now

dad has low density (norwood scale 3V-4), but had pretty good till 30-35 and then major decline due to chronic stress, mom side does have hair fall issue
