can i actually still appeal on the 30 day appeal período limite?

hi, im in South America and I was terminated on March 5th by "other" reasons, I contacted Roblox and ALL they saíd was "ermmm your ACCOUNT is not going to be appeal at that time, pleas do not submit the same concern" ALL over It, untiil 30 days has passed, today IS may 6th, and i'd love It If you guys have any advice

i'd rather jumping off a bridge rather that making a new fresh account, i HAD this acc since January 2019 and I spent 6000-8000 robux
