Financially abusive husband wants divorce. Need help with paying for lawyer

My husband has kept me from working or having my own bank account for the entirety of our ten year marriage. Now he is asking for the divorce i so desperately want. But i have zero money to my name and I want a lawyer because I don’t trust him. I live in Portland, Oregon. Looking online has been hard because my brain is in panic mode. Any help
