Property Advice Required Regarding Charity Asset

Timeline of events.

In 1994, Property was purchased by 4 Joint Proprietors, this was on behalf of a charity which was not registered at the time so couldn't purchased in the name of the Chairty as 4 Trustees. The property was purchased in there individual names.

In 1995, the charity was registered.

In 2024 an AP1 Application was submitted to highlight the 4 Joint Proprietors are also Trustees of the charity. This AP1 was not supported by a Deed of Transfer or Declaration. The AP1 in panel 4 suggest it was only completed to change name of the Proprietors to include they are also Trustees of the Charity.

Now the members of the Charity are requesting for clarification as it seems a legal transfer from Personal ownership to Trustees of the Charity who should be holding the property on Trust has not occured.

The 4 Original Joint Proprietors are also the 4 Trustees of the Charity since 1995.

We are seeking advice to confirm what forms and documents need to be signed to ensure the Charity Asset is protected as we are seeking a concrete transfer from the 4 named to joint Proprietors to Themselves as Trustees of the Charity holding on Trust.
