Resizing Terminal Window in Win11

I'm trying to run Nethack 5 locally on Windows 11 with the perm_invent option turned on. However, I get this error message:

tty perm_invent could not be enabled.

tty perm_invent needs a terminal that is at least 52x79, yours is 30x120.

I can't figure out how to resize the terminal window in Win11. Any tips would be appreciated. Thanks!
