Krixia lockout, through chronophage bug?

So I have a chronophage build on my Yumeko to block lockout attempts on her and then reset my team while locking out the enemy. But I just faced a Krixia and she somehow locked out my Yumeko even though she had an Immutable stack. Krixias lockout does remove buffs but that doesn't matter since chronophage isn't a buff but a stack so it can't be removed unless a lockout attempt happens. Is this a bug or why did my Yumeko still get locked out?
