Leather and exterior coating

I’m buying a new 230i Xdrive with an oyster interior. The dealer is trying to sell me extra seal coat for the paint and a sealer for the interior. It adds almost $2,000 to the price and sounds like it’s just something that earns the salesperson more commissions.

Thoughts on this? Are either of these worth it?
