Hongkonger here! How accurate is this game?

So im from hong kong and I've played open world racing ganes like fh4, 5, crew motorfest, nfs etc. And I've always wanted to play a hong kong based game. This game had been released for quite a while now but it had bad reviews. So rn I want to know how accurate the tdu3 hk map is to the real hk map and how is the game compared to the forza horizon series, where i play the most, and how good is the game now? Thanks 👍👏
